We had a splendid stay at Fortune Hotel. the staff was excellent and extremely helpful, especially Souvik and Rupinder. Our executive suite room was spacious and comfortable, and any minor issues were resolved swiftly by the housekeeping staff. the hotel provided great hospitality, service, and cleanliness, surpassing any other hotel in Jalandhar. We were even given a small hall at no extra charge for our wedding rituals. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jalandhar.

The lack of assistance with luggage upon arrival was inconvenient, as we had to climb 10 steps with our bags ourselves.

We would have appreciated a bit more help with our luggage, as it was a bit inconvenient to carry it up the stairs by ourselves.
