This hotel is a great value for money in the heart of the city. The staff is incredibly helpful and provides excellent service. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a mini-fridge, and have a view of the stunning Lotus Tower. Additionally, the breakfast is included and is brought right to your room at your requested time.

Clean and new rooms with comfortable beds, daily water bottles provided. Tea/coffee making facilities and built-in power adapters. a pleasant and satisfactory stay.

We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi offered by the hotel. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, with easy access to local transportation. the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The room was a bit cramped and moving around was a bit of a challenge. It would have been better if they had an in-house restaurant or bar, as we had to go out to eat, which was inconvenient at times.

The staff at the reception were very accommodating and allowed an early check-in. Breakfast was served in the room and although limited in options, it was reasonably priced at 1130 LKR. The location was convenient for both the airport and shopping centers. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel.

This hotel provided great value for money. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city near supermarkets, shopping malls, and famous temples. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The basic amenities provided were exceptional, including breakfast with a view and a very clean bathroom.

The rooms were quiet, comfortable, and equipped with air conditioning. the beds were perfectly comfy and the shower provided nice, warm water. We also appreciated the free water and mini bar in the room. the daily room cleaning and fresh towels were a nice touch, and the WiFi worked really well. the location of the hotel was ideal, within walking distance to Colombo City Center Mall and close to Kheels supermarket. the staff were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed exploring the local area and nearby dining options.

The City Hotel Colombo 02 offers a perfect location near the Hilton and within walking distance to Colombo City Centre and the famous Gangaramaya Temple. The brand new facilities are well-maintained and the beds are very comfortable. The staff is friendly and provides a warm welcome with a refreshing welcome drink. There are plenty of restaurants nearby on the main road and two supermarkets, Keells and Cargills, are also close by.

Felt like visiting family, no complaints whatsoever.

the room was even better than some larger hotels I've stayed in, with modern amenities and a super comfortable bed. the rain shower was a highlight and the environment was quiet. What set this hotel apart was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They went above and beyond to assist with anything I needed and were always up for a casual conversation. the location was also convenient, with attractions within walking distance and easy access to transportation. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Colombo.

our long weekend stay at city hotel was truly memorable. the luxurious room, delicious breakfast, and convenient location exceeded our expectations. the smart TV and fast internet connection were a bonus, providing plenty of entertainment options. overall, it was worth the extra cost compared to our previous hotels in colombo.
