We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. The room service was excellent, and we were impressed with the range of amenities provided. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The terrace provided a tranquil spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. We also made use of the sauna and Turkish bath facilities, which were a great way to unwind after a busy day exploring.

Great location, close to everything I needed. The rooms were big and comfortable with nice extras like a minibar and coffee machine. The breakfast was really good with lots of options and great service from the staff.

The staff didn't seem very knowledgeable or helpful when I asked questions about the area. Some of the reception staff were really rude to me.
