They really excel in customer service and the staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home. the room was cozy, the breakfast spread was delicious with plenty of options, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. the restaurant staff even surprised us with a cake and flowers on Women's Day, which was a lovely touch. Special shoutout to Karthik at the reception and Ranjeet from the restaurant for their hospitality.

One thing that could be improved is the transparency and accuracy in quoting prices for additional services like car hire. It would be better if there were no surprises in the final bill.
