Check-in was quick and smooth, and we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a beautiful room on the 9th floor. the buffet dinner at the restaurant was a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious dishes, and Dusmanta Kumar's attentive service made the experience even better. the breakfast spread was delightful, offering fresh made-to-order options like eggs and dosas. Rajiv's help in arranging a hotel car ensured we didn't miss our coach pickup—a lifesaver! Overall, the staff's excellent customer service and the attention to detail left a lasting impression on me.

My only wish list item would be for the rooms and bathrooms to be more spacious, considering the price point.

Even though a few pigeons were around due to the lack of wildlife prevention methods, it didn't deter from my overall fantastic stay. Can't wait to return soon! .

We recently attended a residential conference and were very impressed with the venue. the conference hall was spacious and easily accommodated our group, and the banquet staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. the food display was excellent, and the chef's suggestions were unique and delicious.
