We enjoyed our stay in rooms with breathtaking views of the snow-clad mountains. the hotel facilities were impeccable, with a focus on cleanliness and a delicious breakfast spread. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our experience truly memorable.

The scenic Strawberry Hills provided beautiful views of the snow-capped Dhauladhar mountain range and the pristine Dharamshala valley. While enjoying these breathtaking views, the friendly staff pampered me like I was royalty, making me feel like a movie star on a red carpet.

Limited buffet choices.

loved the cleanliness - easy to get to restaurant nearby - got local tips - staff went extra mile like helping with laundry during off hours.

I had a great experience staying at Fortune Park Moksha. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect, with beautiful views. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and I enjoyed the complimentary welcome drinks. The hotel had various amenities like a pool, steam room, and yoga area, which added to the overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in McLeod Ganj.

They seemed less attentive and didn't even ask if we had breakfast before closing. This change in attitude towards the clients was unfortunate and left a negative impression.

The location, staff, cleanliness, and food were all fantastic. The a la carte options for lunch and dinner were delicious. We had an excellent experience with Chef Roshan Thakur and the waitstaff. The travel desk was quick to react, and our driver, Subhash Kapoor, was professional, polite, and knowledgeable about the city and surrounding area.

It is also conveniently situated near downtown, making it easy to access local restaurants and attractions. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, with cozy sitting areas and balconies offering a pleasant spot to relax. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, with friendly and courteous staff members ensuring a memorable stay.

One drawback is that the walls of the hotel are a bit thin, allowing some noise from neighboring rooms to be heard.

The hotel lacked outdoor areas to relax in and the staff was overly attentive, which made me feel uncomfortable at times. although the furniture was clean, it looked dated.
