It would have been lovely to enjoy a pint by the fire, especially after a day of exploring the surrounding area. the exterior lighting was a bit too bright, hindering our enjoyment of the dark skies during our nighttime walks.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful forests and offering breathtaking views of the autumnal colors. The service here is top-notch, with the staff being warm, friendly, and extremely welcoming. The restaurant offers delicious meals that are of top restaurant quality, exceeding my expectations. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with everything I could possibly need. The amenities provided, such as the coffee and tea selection, the soft and fluffy towels, and the bathroom toiletries, added an extra touch of luxury. The WiFi connection was consistent and reliable, and the shower was always warm and refreshing. The night sky was a sight to behold, full of stars that I could easily admire from the grounds of this hotel. I genuinely wished I could have stayed longer and I can't wait to return.

I recently had a lovely 2-night break at a charming inn in a beautiful location. The rooms were comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful, and the food delicious. The inn is conveniently located near Kielder Water and Forest, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts like myself. It was a truly enjoyable experience, and I have already recommended it to my family and friends. I highly recommend this hotel.

We have been visiting the Pheasant Inn for 8 years now and consider Robin and his team as friends. From check-in to departure, the hospitality is first class. Robin and his team are so welcoming, and we were treated to a lovely afternoon drink upon arrival. the rooms are always spotless, cozy, and warm, with a lovely view. We enjoyed a superb evening meal on Saturday and a satisfying hot breakfast on a rainy Sunday that made us not want to leave. the staff is amazing, the food is fantastic, and the location is gorgeous. Highly recommended for a wonderful stay.

We had an unpleasant experience with the midges. We forgot to shut the windows during the night and ended up with our room infested with them.
