The hotel did not cater well to the dietary preferences of guests. Despite informing the staff about being vegan, they were not provided with suitable meal options and were told to suggest their own choices.

As a family, we loved the lush forests and serene ambiance surrounding the property. The staff was incredibly supportive and quick to respond to our queries. Mr Dheeraj and Mr Anand at the front desk were amiable and helpful. The chef's outstanding culinary skills and the delectable menu assortment impressed us. The staff in the OAK room provided courteous and quick service. It was a wonderful retreat for nature lovers like us.

I recently stayed at Welcomhotel in Shimla for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The location of the hotel is perfect, surrounded by lush greenery and offering stunning views of the valley. The rooms were luxurious and well-appointed. I was impressed with the range of facilities available, including complimentary activities like board games and gym, as well as paid activities like archery and airgun shooting. The staff were extremely polite and eager to help, making my stay even more enjoyable. The food, especially the Himachali Thali recommended by the head chef, was delicious. it was an excellent experience.

This hotel is situated in a picturesque location surrounded by beautiful garden areas. the restaurant offers a wide variety of delicious dishes and the bar/lounge area has a charming rustic feel to it. the massage services provided by the spa and wellness centre are exquisite and truly add to the luxurious experience.

The only minor issue with this venue is that the room sizes can be quite small, especially for families or groups of friends. the exclusive amenities provided in the rooms make up for this inconvenience.

Located down the hill, surrounded by lush forests and nestled in a nice valley, this hotel offers a serene and pristine ambience. The rooms are nice and clean with exceptional views of the valley. The staff at the reception is very welcoming and polite. The property also provides a range of facilities including board games, cycling, gym, and pool table for a delightful stay.

The restaurant staff's lack of vegan options disappointed us, and the constant pushback from the floor manager made the experience even worse.

The staff at Welcomhotel By Itc Hotels, Shimla, especially Nitish, Cherring, Nylla. They made our check-in and check-out experience smooth and the restaurant service was exemplary, even during peak hours. The location of the hotel is very picturesque and peaceful, perfect for clearing your mind. Plus, they offered great kids activities to keep the little ones entertained.

The room size was too small for two adults with an extra bed, leaving very little space to move around. Additionally, there were limited sit-out places in the hotel, with only a small garden next to a diesel generator available.

The hotel provided excellent service during my stay. the staff was friendly and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. the rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. the location of the hotel was ideal, as it was away from the busy city center, allowing for a peaceful and serene stay. Additionally, the food at the hotel was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

One aspect that I didn't like about the hotel was the lack of privacy in the rooms. the balconies faced each other, which made it uncomfortable to step out and enjoy the view.
