The bed was comfortable and the coffee maker worked well. the location was convenient and the room was spacious enough for my needs.

The staff at breakfast were not very friendly and seemed to be in a rush, even though we were still within official closing hours. some of the amenities in the room were not well-maintained and there were some noise issues that made it difficult to sleep.

This luxurious hotel exceeded our expectations with its exclusive amenities and excellent service. The Spa & wellness centre and Sauna were perfect for relaxation, and the Outdoor swimming pool and Sun terrace made our stay truly enjoyable. The Barbeque grills and Restaurant offered delicious Halal and Kosher food, while the Bar/ Lounge area provided a perfect spot for a drink. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with private facilities that made us feel pampered. The venue's location was also a plus, with convenient access to shops and activities.

The only minor issue we encountered during our stay was the lack of Beach umbrellas at the pool area, which made it difficult to enjoy the sun without being too exposed. However, this did not significantly detract from the overall enjoyment of our stay.

The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet part of town, making it a peaceful retreat for business travelers. It is also close to many tourist attractions, allowing guests to easily explore the city. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the nearest LRT station makes it convenient for guests to travel around.

One downside, however, is the noise from outside, which can disrupt the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at the Wyndham Opi Hotel in Palembang. The hotel is located in a quiet part of town, making it a peaceful retreat. The modern and luxurious atmosphere was definitely a pleasant surprise. The highlight of my stay was the swimming pool and bar area, which provided a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the sunset. The rain shower in the bathroom was a great touch, and I appreciated the convenience of having a shopping center with restaurants nearby. The staff were courteous and even checked in with me to ensure everything was going smoothly. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
