Chillin' at the rooftop bar while sippin' mocktails and enjoying the sick view of Shankaracharya hill was epic. the hotel's mini-theatre was dope for movie nights after exploring Dal Lake and Pahalgam. the staff were like squad goals, always hooking us up!

Taxi service lacks consistent AC. Random drop-off locations by drivers.

The database provided was extremely user-friendly, allowing me to easily search for the information I needed. the extensive range of filters also made it simple to narrow down my options. the rooms with balconies offered stunning views and provided a relaxing place to unwind after a long day.

The only minor issue I encountered was that the Wi-Fi signal in the database was a bit weak in certain areas of the building.

Spent my New Year’s Eve at this hotel and it was a wonderful experience. the breakfast buffet was fantastic and the rooms were well-decorated and equipped. I particularly enjoyed the Jacuzzi in the room. the staff was kind and helpful, providing us with useful advice on nearby attractions. the hotel is also situated in a key location, making it easy to get around.

As old people, we loved the spacious rooms with bathtubs and shower jets, perfect for relaxation after exploring nearby attractions. The well-maintained play area was a highlight for the kids. The beds were comfortable with clean linen and thoughtful amenities like a torch, ironing board, and umbrella. The complementary breakfast spread was fabulous, and they even arranged a complimentary cake for my sister-in-law's birthday. Special mention to Mr. Bilal K at the restaurant for his exceptional service and giving us a different perspective on Kashmir.
