Among the plethora of treatments, I truly enjoyed the premium facilities of the Duplex Pool Villas. Cycling and archery made me feel like a village inhabitant with a knack for adventure!

The only drawback was the lack of clear signs to the lobby/check-in area, which made it a bit confusing to find at first.

One minor issue I encountered was the lack of tube lights in the room, which made it seem a bit gloomy at times. the maintenance could be slightly improved as the sofa in the room was not cleaned properly and had some stains on it.

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and courteous, always willing to assist with a smile. the room service was top-notch, making our stay very comfortable. the breakfast spread was really nice too, with delicious options at the buffet and a serene setting at Fort to enjoy our meals. the location of this hotel was excellent, offering a Ganga view that was amazing.

One thing that could be improved is the training of staff in customer service, as there were instances of loud door banging that was not audible from the bedroom with the AC on. This could be a little disruptive.

I had a very pleasant stay at Ganga Kutir. The quietness of the property was refreshing and allowed me to truly relax. The F&B staff was exceptional, providing prompt and attentive service. The food at G.K Restaurant was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options. The breakfast spread was particularly impressive. The housekeeping team did a great job keeping the rooms clean and comfortable. The ambience of the property was lovely, and the swimming pool was a great addition to my stay. The overall experience was satisfactory and left me feeling happy.

I do have a few minor suggestions for improvement. Some areas of the apartment and the activity/play center could use better lighting, as they were quite dark.

Spent the new year at a beautiful resort with amazing views of the river. Rooms were clean and comfortable, with a complimentary spa for one person per room offered. the food at the restaurant was delicious and breakfast was nicely spread. the location was perfect, with easy access to a swimming pool and housekeeping staff that were always helpful.

The lighting was a bit dim in some areas of the resort, especially in the activity center making it difficult to play carom. There was no proper seating arrangement in the front hall which made it uncomfortable to socialize.
