I loved staying at this hotel right on the beach. The Drift beach bar was my favorite spot and I enjoyed the happy hour while watching the sunset. The room service was exceptional with 24-hour availability, making my stay very comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job with laundry and taxi service. The welcome drink and assistance with tours/tickets made me feel welcomed and at home.

The staff seemed uninterested in providing any service from the reception to chambermaids. Despite this, I would recommend this place to my friends due to the wide range of facilities and amenities that exceeded my expectations.

The location of the resort was fantastic, right on the beach. the beach itself was stunning and easily accessible from the resort. the resort also had a big pool with plenty of space for everyone, including lots of sunbeds. As a family with young children, we appreciated the nice playroom provided for the kids. the staff at the resort were extremely helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. it was a perfect family holiday and I would highly recommend this resort.

The pool access room was perfect for us, with a lovely private pool and a quiet area away from the main pool. The breakfast buffet was always tasty and well-stocked. The resort was located in a peaceful area, so if you're looking for attractions, just a short taxi ride away. There were also affordable restaurants nearby. The staff, especially our housemaid, Sigit, were friendly and accommodating.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of a fixed safe in the room and no wardrobe, these were overshadowed by the positive experiences we had. The resort's rooms were spacious and had excellent facilities, especially with the private pools at the ground-floor rooms.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The pool access room was amazing, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was very clean and had great facilities. The location was perfect, right on a beautiful beach with plenty of restaurants and beach clubs nearby for enjoyable meals. We especially enjoyed dining at Catch, which is a superb restaurant, bar, and club. The breakfast provided by the hotel was also delicious. the experience was fantastic.

We loved the well-maintained swimming areas and clean beach. The spacious rooms were perfect for our family. The beachfront offered affordable and delicious Thai food as well as lively entertainment, like karaoke. The location was excellent, right on the beach. The warm pool was a great way to relax after a long day. The staff was friendly and the private pools were a nice touch.

This beachfront hotel is in a prime location, with direct access to the beach and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, complete with all the necessary amenities. The staff is exceptionally efficient and always ready to assist. Guests can enjoy a large swimming pool, as well as various children's playgrounds. The breakfast options are plentiful and satisfy a range of tastes.

The service at the hotel's restaurants can be slightly disorganized at times.

Enjoyed a lovely Thanksgiving break at this hotel! the pool and poolside were great, and we loved the comfortable beds. the hotel's location was perfect, with direct access to the beach and plenty of great places to eat nearby. We also appreciated the complementary snacks and drinks!

many guests reserved sunbeds early, leaving fewer options later in the day. the noise from the nearby club made for a restless night's sleep, and the poolside restaurants had below average food.

the staff at the resort, Arinara Beach Resort - Sha Extra Plus, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They really made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. the resort itself was clean and well-maintained, with a relaxed atmosphere. the pools were great, especially the dip pool bar where you can enjoy drinks while in the water. the resort also offers a variety of dining options, including delicious Thai food. it was a great vacation with a great location and excellent service.

We had a fantastic stay at a great place with lots of facilities for the kids. the resort offers multiple pools, including a kids pool and a water slide, as well as a playground and two playrooms. the buffet breakfast was fabulous and there were plenty of food options within the resort. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Our room, with a poolside/garden view, was lovely and spacious. the location was also ideal, with the hotel being beachfront and offering chairs under tree shades to enjoy.

We had an amazing time at this hotel! The location is lovely, with lots of sun beds for lounging by the pool. The best thing is that it's right on the beach, so you can easily walk out and find many restaurants and bars to satisfy your appetite and thirst. What a great idea to have a covered walkway connecting the main building to the rooms - it came in handy when it rained. The service here was top-notch, with excellent room service, dry cleaning, and 24-hour room service. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The room itself was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a patio. this hotel offers enhanced comfort and quality services.

The only downside to this hotel is that it's a bit isolated, with few shops and simple restaurants around. However, the wealth of bars and restaurants on the beach and in the area more than makes up for it.
