This hotel is a great value for money, with reasonably priced rooms and basic amenities. The location is perfect, situated in the alleys of the old town, right by the river Ganges. I loved having a room with a private balcony that directly overlooked the Ganga - the view was simply breathtaking. The staff at the hotel are incredibly helpful and provide excellent service.

You can even enjoy the view from the rooftop terrace while having a delicious meal at the restaurant. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and they can arrange excellent and cost-effective tours for you.

As women traveling alone, we felt safe and secure with the round trip airport hotel transfers provided by the property. The hotel staff was helpful and guided us to our room. The view of the Ganges from our balcony was breathtaking, and our junior suite was spacious and comfortable. The hotel's WiFi worked well, and we enjoyed the safe and tasty food offered. The location was great for exploring the city, with easy access to the river and boat rides.

Our stay was great with stunning views of the river, which was so close we could nearly touch! The staff was very friendly and helpful. They offered complimentary breakfast and a welcome drink upon checking in. The location was excellent with easy access to the local markets and shops.

Although the rooms were clean and well decorated, the Wi-Fi was unreliable and very slow. The laundry service was expensive, and we found out that they charge per garment.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with balconies that provided wonderful views of the river. We highly recommend seeking out Dilip for an amazing tour of the city. our experience at Ganpati Guest House was excellent.
