I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. the staff were extremely courteous and polite, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were immaculately clean and had everything I needed within easy reach. Additionally, the location was perfect, allowing me to easily access all the attractions in the surrounding area. Lastly, the breakfast provided was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from each morning.

No complaints, everything was perfect.

The hotel's location is excellent, with spacious parking lots and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are extremely clean, with well-maintained bathrooms and comfortable beds. The staff is courteous and friendly, providing excellent room service. The breakfast options are delicious and cater to different tastes, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. Additionally, the hotel offers a well-stocked minibar and a variety of dishes in their restaurant menu.

It would be beneficial for the hotel to employ at least one English-speaking staff member to better cater to non-Keralite guests.

Best aspects of my New Year stay were the clean and well-maintained rooms and the delicious breakfast. the location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions.

I also found it difficult to communicate with the staff, as they struggled to understand and speak English. My experience at this hotel had some positive aspects, but there were also some negative aspects that could be improved upon.

I had a great experience staying at Jk Park Residency. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the staff was friendly. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast served every morning. The hotel also had ample parking space. I highly recommend this hotel.
