We had an amazing time staying at a family-friendly resort located by a beautiful beach. The location was perfect, as we were able to enjoy the festivities of New Year's Eve without being overwhelmed by crowds. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a much-needed retreat after a long day of exploring. The service was outstanding, with friendly and helpful staff ensuring that all our needs were met. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options to satisfy our entire family. The view from our room was breathtaking, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the natural beauty of the surroundings. We especially loved the facilities provided, such as the fish pond, which kept our kids entertained throughout the stay.

The restaurant service was inconsistent, with delays in receiving our dinner order.

The resort had a wide range of delicious food options to choose from, and the rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious. the resort was located only a few minutes away from several gorgeous beaches, which made it a prime spot to experience some of the area's natural beauty.

The customer service aspects of the resort were lacking in several areas. The staff seemed uninformed about current events or activities, and we weren't given much information about things to do in the surrounding area.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The manager was professional and jovial. The rooms were spacious and clean. The restaurant had reasonably priced food with good quantity and awesome taste. The breakfast buffet was value for money. There were good options for North Indian dishes. The hotel organised our taxi to the airport.
