The rooms at Gokulam Grand Resort & Spa are like a cozy haven with comfy beds, a lovely balcony, and a rejuvenating shower. As a traveler who seeks comfort and relaxation, I felt right at home in the beautiful surroundings.

I missed having traditional Kerala meals on the menu, but that's just my personal preference.

I absolutely loved the beautiful setting overlooking the lake, the spacious rooms with luxurious bath products, and the friendly staff, especially at the restaurant. The breakfast was fantastic, and the pool and gym were great. the check-in process was slow and there were issues with room service and communication. The lack of a bar was a downside, but the hospitality and artistic decor made up for it. The surrounding canals were a bit smelly, but overall, we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay thanks to the helpful staff like Suraj and Praveen.

During my stay at Gokulam Grand Resort & Spa in Kumarakom, the spa and wellness facilities provided a perfect relaxation escape, especially with the outdoor swimming pool and various massage options available. Exploring nearby landmarks like the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary and Kumarakom Craft Museum fostered a deeper family bond, immersing us in the local culture and natural beauty.

Clean facilities, friendly staff, good recreational activities, adequate swimming pool, great for a family vacation, good breakfast spread.

This hotel is a luxurious haven, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all my needs. the elegant Spa centre offers a wide range of treatments and the massage I received was rejuvenating. the outdoor swimming pool area is beautiful, with sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the garden area is well-kept and provides a peaceful retreat. the restaurant menu is extensive and the food was of high quality.

The only minor issue was that the reception staff seemed slightly overwhelmed during check-in, causing a brief delay. once settled in, the experience was fantastic.

We were thrilled with the fabulous amenities at Gokulam Grand Resort & Spa. The internal canal for kayaking, two pools including a private pool villa, and a club room with indoor games were perfect for our family. The room service was excellent, and the complementary breakfast had something for everyone. The hotel was pristine clean and just a short distance from the Bird-watch Park.

Good AC. Enjoyed boating and game room. Gayathri at reception was very sweet.

The hotel is beautifully decorated with wood and has stunning landscaping. The lake view is very relaxing and there is a canal where you can do kayaking. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The complementary breakfast offers a diverse menu to meet everyone's needs. The rooms are pristine clean and the facilities, such as the infinity pool and gym, are top-notch.

The hotel lacks a proper bar serving drinks, although you can order drinks from staff passing by or from your room.

We loved the extensive range of activities offered at the resort, including kayaking, swimming, angling, and a well-equipped gym.

I had a fantastic stay at the Gokulam Grand Resort & Spa. The resort's architecture and garden space were stunning, creating a luxurious ambience. The front desk staff and restaurant staff, including Anu, Philip, and Sreerag, were incredibly friendly and helpful. My Superior villa was comfortable and well-maintained, with daily cleaning. The breakfast spread was diverse, and I particularly enjoyed the South Indian idlis, vadas, and dosas. The complimentary evening coffee/tea with snacks reminded me of being at my grandparents' home. The location was breathtaking, surrounded by greenery and offering a beautiful view of the lake. The complimentary sunset boat ride was a cool addition to the experience. I also had a calming and rejuvenating oil massage by Anju at Ayur Sukam. I had a comfortable, relaxing, and luxurious stay at Gokulam Grand Resort & Spa, and I highly recommend it to others.
