This hotel is a luxurious haven, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all my needs. The elegant Spa centre offers a wide range of treatments and the massage I received was rejuvenating. The outdoor swimming pool area is beautiful, with sun loungers and beach umbrellas. The garden area is well-kept and provides a peaceful retreat. The restaurant menu is extensive and the food was of high quality. The staff provided excellent service, making my stay feel exceptional.

The only minor issue was that the reception staff seemed slightly overwhelmed during check-in, causing a brief delay. However, once settled in, the experience was fantastic.

We were thrilled with the fabulous amenities at Gokulam Grand Resort & Spa. The internal canal for kayaking, two pools including a private pool villa, and a club room with indoor games were perfect for our family. The room service was excellent, and the complementary breakfast had something for everyone. The hotel was pristine clean and just a short distance from the Bird-watch Park.

The hotel is beautifully decorated with wood and has stunning landscaping. The lake view is very relaxing and there is a canal where you can do kayaking. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The complementary breakfast offers a diverse menu to meet everyone's needs. The rooms are pristine clean and the facilities, such as the infinity pool and gym, are top-notch.

The hotel lacks a proper bar serving drinks, although you can order drinks from staff passing by or from your room.

I had a fantastic stay at the Gokulam Grand Resort & Spa. The resort's architecture and garden space were stunning, creating a luxurious ambience. The front desk staff and restaurant staff, including Anu, Philip, and Sreerag, were incredibly friendly and helpful. My Superior villa was comfortable and well-maintained, with daily cleaning. The breakfast spread was diverse, and I particularly enjoyed the South Indian idlis, vadas, and dosas. The complimentary evening coffee/tea with snacks reminded me of being at my grandparents' home. The location was breathtaking, surrounded by greenery and offering a beautiful view of the lake. The complimentary sunset boat ride was a cool addition to the experience. I also had a calming and rejuvenating oil massage by Anju at Ayur Sukam. I had a comfortable, relaxing, and luxurious stay at Gokulam Grand Resort & Spa, and I highly recommend it to others.
