The room was spotlessly clean and surprisingly spacious. It felt more like a cozy home with a fully-equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge suite. the beds were incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby. the motel and the surrounding streets were very quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's rest. the location was great, only 25 minutes away from Hobbiton, and easy to find even in the dark. Peter gave us a warm welcome and made us feel at home. it was a wonderful experience.

The room had a faint smell of smoke and there were random hairs in the bathroom that could have been cleaner. Also, there was some noise from traffic which could be bothersome for light sleepers.

He had everything ready for me and made me feel extremely welcome. the room was spacious and had a comfortable, huge bed. the kitchen area and bathroom were very clean. To top it off, the value for money was excellent, providing a great experience.

They had all the necessary paperwork ready for us upon arrival, allowing us to quickly check-in, sign, and pay so that we could catch our tour bus on time. This kind of service was much appreciated, as it helped us start our day smoothly. the location of the motel was also ideal, as it allowed for an early start to our Hobbiton adventure. the room itself was clean and comfortable, and the pool offered a pleasant way to relax after a long day of sightseeing. being able to park our EV close to the room and easily charge it overnight was a convenient perk.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. I also loved the cozy lounge suite with recliners, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. Additionally, the motel and surrounding area were peaceful and quiet, allowing for a truly restful stay.

In terms of drawbacks, there were a couple of minor issues. there was a mix-up with the rooms, and we were initially given the wrong key.
