The Grand Hotel in Kochi exceeded my expectations. the central location near the metro and train station was very convenient. the staff was attentive and accommodating, providing great city recommendations. the restaurant on-site served delicious food. the rooms were clean and comfortable, making our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for a hassle-free family trip. the proximity to landmarks like the Paradesi Synagogue and Durbar Hall Art Gallery added cultural richness and relaxation options to our trip, enhancing family bonding.

The rooms were comfy and tidy, the food at the restaurant was scrumptious, and the staff were super friendly and helpful, even the chef who chatted with us every night. the location was also spot-on for getting around easily! the only thing was that the decor could use a little update, but honestly, it didn't bother us much coz everything else was great 🌟.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, with easy access to shops, offices, and public transportation. The nearby Metro station makes it convenient to explore the city, with a short ride to the popular Lulu Mall for a great shopping experience. The spacious and clean rooms provide a luxurious experience, and the hotel's restaurant serves mouth-watering cuisine. The staff members, such as Mr Faisal and Mr Xavier, are professional, friendly, and go above and beyond to make guests feel at home.

One disappointment was that the hotel couldn't accommodate an early breakfast request for a departing guest with an early morning flight.
