I recently stayed at this gorgeous historic hacienda for a few nights. The location is exceptional, surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens, pools, fountains, and birds. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the room service went above and beyond by decorating my room with flowers from the garden. The pool setting was beautiful and the gardens were immaculately maintained. The absence of TVs was a welcome change, allowing me to fully connect with nature. Perfect for an early trip to the nearby archeological site!

The staff at Hacienda Chichen Resort were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. They were able to assist us with check-in and check-out, and provided us with everything we needed. The database staff mostly speak Spanish, but they appreciate any effort to speak Spanish and go above and beyond to assist guests. They helped us secure early sunrise tickets and arranged a guided visit to the ruins. The location of the resort is excellent, with easy access to the ruins. The room was lovely, and the pool was outstanding. The historic hacienda is surrounded by beautiful tropical gardens, creating a serene and picturesque environment. the resort provided exceptional service and amenities.

We stayed at a spacious chalet with a comfortable king bed, clean towels and a spotless bathroom. The hotel provided snacks for our early morning tour to the nearby ruins, which was a fantastic experience. The staff at the restaurant were dedicated and the food was delicious.

The bathroom walls didn't reach the ceiling, which allowed noise and odors to enter the room. The bathtub had high steps, making it difficult and dangerous to get in and out, especially when wet.

The Hacienda Chichen Resort offers an enchanting garden setting with a beautiful pool. It is conveniently located just a short walk away from the Chichen Itza ruins. The food at the resort's restaurant, although expensive, is of good quality. The staff is fairly friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

I had a delightful stay at the Hacienda Chichen Resort And Yaxkin Spa. The location was perfect, only a stone's throw away from the Chichen Itza ruins. The beautiful garden surrounding the resort was a peaceful oasis, and I loved waking up to the sounds of birds chirping. The private access to the ruins was a real highlight, allowing me to explore early in the morning without the crowds.

Exceptional stay. Beautiful grounds and great location for visiting nearby sights. Polite and helpful staff, especially in organizing transportation. Wonderful restaurant with delicious ceviche and Mayan dishes.

I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable rooms and beautiful gardens at this hotel near Chichen Itza. The swimming pool was lovely, and everything was impeccably clean. The proximity to the archaeological site was a definite plus.

The Hacienda Chichen Resort offers a superb location, beautiful gardens, and spacious villas. The private access to the Mayan ruins through a backdoor is a major advantage, saving you from long queues. The resort also has a wonderful pool, great food, and very friendly staff. it's great value for money, especially for a business traveler.

We enjoyed our romantic escape here. the complementary breakfast and welcome drinks were a nice touch. the location was perfect for exploring nearby historical sites and attractions. We also enjoyed the peaceful and beautiful surroundings of the hotel.

The restaurant did not live up to our expectations. the food was average and overpriced.

We've stayed at this resort many times since the 1970's. the rooms may be a bit disappointing, but the grounds and main building are lovely. the hotel's location close to the Chichen Itza archaeological site was perfect for us. the beautiful grounds have a path that leads to a private gate into the ruins, allowing us to avoid crowds. the hotel even purchased our tickets in advance, ensuring a hassle-free visit. We were upgraded to a honeymoon cottage at no extra charge, which was absolutely gorgeous. the pool was a highlight, especially after a long, hot morning exploring the ruins.
