The vintage design of the hotel room made us feel like royal guests. Despite the occasional power cuts, we had clean sheets, fresh towels and an attentive staff. a memorable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel had a nice location near the Agra fort and a beautiful garden area. Our room decor was charming in a historical style. The breakfast was average, but staff members were kind and the service was polite.

Sadly, the hot water was unreliable.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a British heritage property in Agra, and it was an amazing experience. the rooms were super spacious and opened into a beautiful garden and pool area. the hotel staff were very courteous and went above and beyond to fulfill our special requests, such as garlands and a welcome for our guests. We even enjoyed a lovely classical dance performance near the pool. the breakfast spread was incredible, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome and were greeted with flower garlands, making us feel cherished. The hotel's unique and beautiful decor, featuring antique furniture, added a touch of elegance to our room.

Our stay at the Grand Imperial was worth every penny. The room was absolutely fantastic, with comfy beds and a touch of old-world charm. The hotel is perfectly located, close enough to the Taj Mahal yet far away from the city chaos. The staff treated us like royalty, making us feel welcomed and ensuring we had a memorable experience.

The only thing that could have been improved during breakfast was the limited choices available.

The air conditioning unit was not adjustable to the temperature we preferred, leading to discomfort at times. the management of the hotel rented out the premises for events, sometimes causing disruption with loud noises, construction workers and music.

The hotel is full of colonial charm and character, with gorgeous rooms and a stunning premise. The staff were absolutely delightful, providing a warm and friendly welcome. The swimming pool was a great spot for laps, although the ladder was a bit slippery. The gardens were also beautiful, and I loved the fresh towel provided at the pool. The comfortable bed and the lounge bar, perfect for a G&T, were also highlights. an excellent location and a wonderful stay.

the grand imperial in agra was a pleasant surprise. the hotel staff went above and beyond, making my birthday special with an upgraded room, complimentary cake, and henna. the room was beautiful and the pool was clean. highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at the Grand Imperial - Heritage. the hotel's Imperial/Colonial decor gave it a beautiful traditional Indian feel that really transported us back in time. the staff provided excellent service, treating us like royalty from the moment we checked in. Our room, the Chamber of Prince, was spacious, clean, and full of history. the restaurant staff were friendly, efficient, and very attentive, providing excellent service throughout. We also loved the delicious breakfast with plenty of fresh fruits and yogurt. a highly recommended hotel for a unique and unforgettable experience.
