The beach and pool areas were enjoyable for our family, providing a nice place to relax. However, we faced multiple issues with room cleanliness and maintenance, taking too long to get resolved. Cleaning staff only attended to our apartment after several requests, which can be frustrating for guests. It's a decent option for families but may require some patience when it comes to service.

Spacious apartments were equipped with everything we needed. Cleaning crew was the worst experienced. Beach area is beautiful and well-maintained.

The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, and my kids loved playing in the pools and spending time at the beach. Plus, the staff at the coffee shop were exceptional, serving fantastic desserts.

However, we faced both cleanliness issues and slow service responses, with housekeeping only visiting once during our stay. Additionally, we noticed some maintenance hiccups, like a clogged toilet and broken ACs.

The kids loved the pools and beach area, which were perfect for family fun. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a supermarket on site, although it could use more variety. The golf carts made moving around the resort easy for our large family.

In my wife’s opinion, staff responsiveness needs improvement. We faced issues with room cleanliness and maintenance that took too long to address.

The kids had an amazing time splashing around the pools and the beach was just a short walk away. We really enjoyed the convenience of having a supermarket on site for snacks. Plus, the La Cana Golf Club was a fantastic half-day trip for the adults.

We enjoyed our stay in the spacious two-bedroom apartment with well-equipped kitchenware. The beach was stunning, and we had delicious meals at Mamiii Chula's seafood offerings. Just a heads up for future guests, Check for additional fees upon check-in to avoid surprises! Overall, a memorable visit!

The penthouse apartment was super spacious with a nice layout. Loved having a kitchen with all the essentials. The patio was a chill spot to relax, though it was a bummer there were fewer hot tubs than expected. Cleanliness was decent, but nothing exceptional. Overall, it was a comfy place to crash after beach days.

While the service at times lagged, especially with drink orders, the delightful offerings at Castaways and friendly staff made our stay memorable. Encountered some odd fungus and ants, which was a bit off-putting.
