The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. I would DEFINITELY stay here again. Staff are better in person than in photos.

I had a truly enjoyable stay at Grand Mercure. The suite was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel itself was grand and lovely, creating a luxurious atmosphere. The breakfast at the restaurant was superb and the service there was top-notch. I highly recommend giving this place a shot.

This hotel is conveniently located next to a decent mall, which is great for anyone new in the city or coming from the airport. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with a clean bathroom. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with friendly and professional behavior. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options. The hotel also had amenities like a games room, library, and indoor play area, which added to the overall experience.

The pool is small and located in a weird elevated area, which might make some families hesitate to use it.

Grand Mercure Bengaluru At Gopalan Mall was a delightful retreat for my family with a six-month-old baby. the impeccably clean and spacious rooms provided a tranquil ambiance, while the friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. the hotel's location was convenient, and its proximity to attractions like Jai Durga Maa Temple and Image Shopping Mall enriched our family bonding experience. Despite some minor hiccups with room service and a hot water issue in one bathroom, our overall stay was enjoyable. the leisure facilities, including the spa lounge and outdoor swimming pool, added to our relaxation.

The hotel offers spacious suite rooms, great amenities like a games room and library, and excellent staff service. Perfect for a family with 2 small kids.

We were pleasantly surprised by the two complimentary bottles of water and the yummy cookies waiting for us in our room. Plus, the hotel’s location was great - close to the shopping mall and other attractions. But the best part was the excellent service provided by the friendly staff. They were always eager to assist us with any need we had, and their attention to detail was impressive.

The limited a-la-carte menu did not justify the high prices, especially for rice and Maggi. We also found it difficult to find filling food, which left us hungry and dissatisfied.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of luxurious amenities and excellent service. We were impressed by the Spa & wellness centre, which offered a range of top, notch beauty treatments and massages. the outdoor swimming pool was lovely, and we enjoyed soaking up the sun on the comfortable sun loungers in the beautiful garden area.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of a private facility in our room. the in, room breakfast and the restaurant's special diet menus more than made up for it.
