Spacious, chic hotel with cozy style. Studio room had open, well-equipped kitchen. Bluetooth hifi in room was a nice touch. Free bottle of champagne for anniversary. Friendly, helpful staff. Will definitely return. Ski valet and direct elevator to slopes were convenient. Washing machine/dryer in room was a lifesaver. Everything was new and clean. Phenomenal staff, location, and facilities. Breakfast buffet had many options and excellent food. Ski valet staff were very helpful. Convenient location close to Hirafu center.

This hotel provides a truly luxurious experience. The additional amenities include a fantastic restaurant, well-equipped gym and a beautiful hot spring bath. The room was spacious, with exclusive furnishings and breathtaking mountain scenery. The ski-in/ski-out location was perfect, and the ski valet service was prompt and helpful.

The only negative point was that the service was sometimes slow. For example, when we visited the hot spring bath, we found that the water bucket had run out, and despite reminding the reception staff, it was not refilled for half an hour.

Enjoyed the Christmas atmosphere, decorations were beautiful. The shuttle was always on time, providing a hassle-free schedule. Great ski rental equipment available on-site. Not having to bring all your gear really takes the weight off your shoulders!

Erratic housekeeping service and communication. A couple of times, they have missed replenishing kitchen essentials in our room.

We loved the convenient location of the hotel, as it was down the hill from other properties with ski van valets that dropped us off right in front of the lifts. It was also very close to the Welcome Center, making it easy to navigate the area. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom had all the necessary amenities. The service was attentive and friendly, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options. The view from our room was simply breathtaking.

The onsen facility could use improvement, as it was rather small and didn't offer the same level of relaxation as other aspects of the hotel.
