The standout aspect of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff - they were polite, helpful, and accommodating. the hotel's location was convenient for exploring the city. the confusing currency exchange policies and pricing discrepancies were disappointing and could be improved for a smoother guest experience.

The location of the hotel is excellent as it is within easy walking distance to some shops and eating places. The hotel is also near Bandra Pali Market, which is great for shopping. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with a lovely bathroom and a very comfortable bed. The staff is friendly and polite, and cleanliness is a top priority.

The complimentary snacks provided were chargeable, which could have been made clearer in the information provided.
