The location was perfect, just a block away from the bustling city center and close to popular attractions. the suite size was impressive, offering plenty of space for my family. the staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. Plus, the included breakfast provided a good variety of options to start the day.

There were a few drawbacks during my stay. the elevators were incredibly slow, sometimes taking over 15 minutes to get off my floor.

It was within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and parks, making it convenient to enjoy everything the city had to offer. the views from the hotel were stunning, with beautiful vistas of the cityscape. the service at the hotel was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff always willing to assist. the rooms were spacious and cozy, providing a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel accommodated our larger vehicle by valet parking it in a nearby garage, which was a great convenience.

The only downside was the wi-fi connectivity, which was sometimes difficult to stay connected to. However, apart from this minor issue, everything else at the hotel exceeded our expectations.

The location was excellent, we could easily get to everything we wanted to go to. The hotel is so close to the Michigan Avenue shops and restaurants, it was perfect for us. Our room had a wonderful view of the lake, and we loved being able to have breakfast without leaving the hotel. The bed was comfortable and we had plenty of space to relax.

The elevator situation was a bit frustrating. With only 3 elevators, we often had to wait a long time during peak hours.

This hotel is an excellent value for money. The location is perfect, situated in a very safe area adjacent to a university on the Gold Coast. Staff, basic amenities and spacious rooms with kitchens truly impressed me. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which was a great way to start each day.

I recently stayed at Homewood Suites for a week-long business trip. The staff was welcoming and helpful, and the location was fantastic, right next to the Magnificent Mile. Despite the room being a bit dated, it was clean and comfortable. Considering the time of year, it was definitely the best value for money option. The breakfast options were good, although I was a bit disappointed by the use of disposable plates and cutlery.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The hotel had a partial lake view and city view, clean rooms, comfy beds, and a bonus kitchenette. The continental breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly. The location was excellent with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and stores nearby. The rooms were fairly large with a kitchenette, and the hotel provided a breakfast buffet every morning.
