Had a wonderful Christmas experience, the breakfast provided was delicious and filling. The customer service skills of the restaurant manager were heartwarming, making the dining experience even better. The location of the hotel was perfect and easily accessible, which made it convenient for traveling. One of the best aspects was the room facilities which were top-notch, giving us a very cozy and comfortable stay.

While some staff members were okay, some were not very accommodating. The hotel did not provide enough complementary water for the guests, which was a bummer as we had to keep reminding them for the same.
