As a larger group of friends, we loved the spacious rooms and private plunge pools. The lush garden surroundings and open spaces created a relaxing atmosphere. The staff at the reception, apart from the travel desk, were lovely and professional.

I was personally wowed by my stay at Heritage Madurai. The private pool villa I booked was perfect, with a heritage touch and comfortable beds. The surrounding leafy environment was well-maintained. The resort had great facilities including a well-maintained pool, table tennis, and a decent gym. The restaurant offered a good variety of food and sitting outside in the natural surroundings was a calming experience. The travel desk was prompt and the cars were well-maintained. I highly recommend this hotel.

our second stay at heritage was even better than the first. the peaceful atmosphere and impeccable service made us feel truly pampered. the breakfast had a wide variety of options, although a cappuccino or flat white would've been a nice addition. we can't wait to return!

The hotel is located next to a factory, yet it's surrounded by unbelievable greenery. Guests can enjoy extensive gardens and dine in a restaurant with a great ambiance. The staff is friendly and the rooms have ample space. Plus, the guests can relax in their own private pool and enjoy effective air conditioning. The breakfast is wide in variety and is served at an early time convenient for those who want to check out early.

I really enjoyed the overall experience and would recommend it to others.

Great heritage-style rooms, unique pool design and courteous staff. The location is surprisingly green for being in the middle of the city. The breakfast has a range of options and the evening meals are delicious and reasonably priced. Service throughout the entire visit was excellent.
