The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The terrace provided great views and a nice hangout spot. Delicious food and beverages, especially the waffles and hot chocolate. Convenient location near food joints and shopping areas. Cosy and comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces. Lovely view of the city and mountains. Reasonably priced food and breakfast options. Opportunity to meet other travelers.

We had an amazing stay at Hideout for 4 nights. Ashwin and his sister were super friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. the location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the city center with plenty of eateries around. We loved sipping coffee on the terrace while enjoying the breathtaking view of Mt Kanchenjunga. the hostel has a cozy cafe where we could meet other travelers and the option to rent bicycles for a fun ride. we had a lovely experience and would definitely go back.

Everything is what I need and want. 😊
