We were amazed by the friendly and attentive staff at Hilton Garden in Thiruvananthapuram. They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and catered to our specific dietary restrictions. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The gym and pool facilities were excellent, and we made great use of them. we had a special and comfortable vacation thanks to the staff at Hilton Garden. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Special mention to Srikanth who handled my check-in and check-out with utmost professionalism. The hotel is centrally located with a well-maintained, new-ish feel. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet selections were outstanding, offering a wide variety of both Western and Indian dishes in a beautiful setting. The pool was a great spot to relax, and the staff was courteous and well-trained. a delightful experience that I highly recommend.

There was only a minor issue regarding the outdoor swimming pool. There were no sun loungers and beach umbrellas, making it slightly uncomfortable for us to relax by the pool.

There were no fitness facilities, pool or any other recreational activities available to guests. the food at the restaurant was subpar, and the menu was limited and overpriced.

Unwinding at the V Bar with friends and watching sports events while enjoying drinks and delicious food was just perfect. The complimentary WiFi, 24-hour business center, and comfortable beds added to the experience. The extensive buffet and late check-out were also great perks.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, there were a few things that I really enjoyed. the buffet breakfast was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of choices to start my day off right. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, with key attractions and landmarks just a short distance away. And lastly, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent free Wi-Fi, which allowed me to stay connected and share my holiday experiences with friends and family.

There were a couple of aspects of my stay that I didn't particularly like. the restaurant, which also served as a cafe, was quite small and often overcrowded, making it a bit uncomfortable to dine in.
