Exceptional Service by Mufaiz

During our stay at Hilton Mumbai International Airport, we had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service from Mufaiz. As foreigners unfamiliar with the local cuisine, Mufaiz made sure we had delicious options that suited our tastes and made us feel at home. Additionally, Santosh, Rupesh, and Bhavesh went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our training. We truly appreciate their efforts and would highly recommend this hotel for their outstanding service.

The hotel's location very close to the airport was truly convenient. It is situated at the quiet end of a cul-de-sac so it's peaceful away from the city shore. The rooms were spacious and had a nice view. Also, the food and spa service were great.

The general maintenance of the hotel needed improvement.

Comfortable bed, excellent A/C, very good WiFi. Near the airport. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate early check-in and arrange taxi service. Appreciate Mr. Krishna and Mr. Harsh from the front office.

the exclusive amenities provided fulfilled all my needs. the spa & wellness center and sauna were a relaxing retreat, as was the outdoor swimming pool. the massage and Turkish bath were top-notch experiences. the sun terrace provided a perfect place to relax, with comfortable sun loungers and a beautiful garden area. the restaurant's in-room breakfast was amazing, and the packed lunches and special diet menus showcased the excellent culinary skills of the chef.

As couples, we loved the warm and delightful staff members we encountered during our stay. From the security guards to the receptionists, everyone was eager to help and make our stay comfortable. Special mentions to Mr. Gaurav, Ms. Anjali, Januka, Janhvi, Manish, Shrivalli. The buffet breakfast was worth every bit, with top-notch service and delicious dishes like pancakes and paneer paratha from the live counters. The hotel also maintained proper safety measures at all times, ensuring a worry-free staycation.

We felt very welcome during our stay, with the staff going above and beyond to make our experience comfortable.

Great service and delicious food

I was pleasantly surprised by the attentive service and delicious food at Hilton. Despite a wedding happening during my stay, they made sure I had a comfortable room, and the on-site restaurant's menu was a culinary delight. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel had a convenient location, being close to the airport and easily accessible from the highway. The staff at the hotel were friendly and provided excellent hospitality.- The food served at the restaurant was delicious and a treat to the taste buds.

The AC in the room was not working properly, and despite contacting the reception multiple times, the issue was not resolved. The hotel provided a substandard table fan as a temporary solution, which was not up to par for a five-star hotel.

The hotel's complementary breakfast and airport shuttle were very convenient and made our stay stress-free. the location was also great, being close to the airport and other attractions. We loved the spacious and clean rooms, as well as the friendly staff who were always ready to help.

The decor of the hotel was a bit outdated, and there were a few areas where the hotel could use some improvement, such as the speed of the Wi-Fi and the selection of food at the restaurant. However, these were minor issues that did not detract from our overall enjoyable stay.
