I had a fantastic experience at Holiday Inn Chandigarh Zirakpur, An Ihg. The location was superb, and the hotel was very clean. The room size was also impressive, providing ample space for a comfortable stay. The breakfast items were standard but delicious.

The hotel is in a great location near Chandigarh Airport and close to major attractions. The staff are helpful and friendly, even providing an early breakfast for us. a good experience for a short stay.

Pool closed earlier than stated time.

The hotel is located in an industrial area, so there is not much to do around. It can be difficult to find a cab, but the restaurant is within the hotel itself. The rooms are spacious and clean, with nice fragrances. The staff is friendly and efficient, providing excellent service. The breakfast spread is impressive, with a good variety of tasty food. The hotel also has energetic and inspiring employees like Mukesh from the concierge staff.

There seems to be some issues with the room service and the organization of the restaurant staff, with some unattended requests and loud volumes.

Easter at this hotel was wonderful! the complementary chocolates in the room and the Easter eggs in the lobby were a nice touch. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the area and visiting nearby attractions. I also really enjoyed the rooftop pool and the stunning views of the city skyline.

The walls were thin and I could hear a lot of noise from the neighboring rooms. This made it difficult to sleep at times.
