During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the two complementary bottles of water and the tea and coffee maker in the room. The hotel is located close to several shopping centers and restaurants for easy access. the rooftop pool was a nice perk to enjoy during my stay.

The housekeeping service could be improved. The room had an unpleasant odor throughout my stay and the bathroom was not properly cleaned.

The service was impeccable and we appreciated the packed lunches for our day trips. The unbeatable location added even more value to our stay.

The only minor issue during our stay at this hotel was that the bar/lounge area was understaffed during peak hours. Despite this, we still received excellent service and were able to enjoy our drinks.

The customer service at Holiday Inn Gurugram Sector 90, An Ihg was exceptional. I had a situation where I needed an extra bed for my kids, and the staff promptly provided it within minutes. They were friendly and attentive throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast offered a great variety of options. I had a positive experience at this hotel.

The only drawback I encountered was the slow internet connection, which could be improved.
