The dinner buffet offered excellent variety and taste, with special commendations to chef Krishnan for his dedication to guests' satisfaction.

The room had a slight odor, which was somewhat off-putting despite being generally clean.

Had a boss time, la! The staff were dead sound, especially Ms. Ayushee, sorted out our issues right quick. Rooms were spacious and the food, especially the lal Maas, was spot on! Only thing was breakfast could’ve been warmer. Big ups for the service!

Staff were heaps friendly, but the food was a bit bland and not as warm as you'd like. The rooftop pool was a great spot to chill, though!

I felt very safe inside the hotel.

The staff at reception were not welcoming, and I felt dismissed when speaking Hindi. Also, the breakfast selection was disappointing. The fruit variety needed improvement, and the food at Chao was inedible with unmanageable spice levels. On top of that, the bakery items were really bad, particularly the cheesecake, which was dry and unappetizing. The lack of proactive customer service and poor food quality made this stay frustrating.

the so-called non-smoking room reeked of smoke, absolutely absurd for a so-called premier hotel. dinner at Chao? let's just say i’ve had better meals in a gas station. Oh, and after all the hassle, i expected at least a complimentary drink or an upgrade, but instead, i'm treated like every other guest. just couldn’t believe it.

Yo, the staff here? Super chill and on point. Loved the cozy vibe and the epic view from the room. Huge shoutout to Ms. Eshika at the front desk—she made check-in a breeze. Breakfast was killer, so much to choose from. Totally enjoyed the city view while sippin' on my morning coffee. Would hit this spot again for sure.

Had a awesome stay, the staff were super friendly and helpful, especially when it came to planning outings with our little one. The food at the Chinese restaurant was proper nice, proper flavors. Really enjoyed the breakfast spread too, had everything you could wish for!

The service made up for it!

During my stay, I was impressed by the outstanding hospitality from the staff, especially during breakfast. The restaurant staff ensured I felt welcomed, making my mornings a real treat. The food was delightful, and Chef Nitesh's special attention made meals even better.

However, I noticed some issues with room cleanliness. a couple of nights, my room wasn't cleaned at all, which was disappointing. The check-in process could also use some warmth as I felt a bit rushed during my arrival.

The restaurant could benefit from a more organized service, as we experienced delays in receiving drinks and the signing process post-meal.

Request a room away from the event spaces to avoid noise during corporate functions, especially if you prefer an early night.

the fitness club has an effective trainer for stretching exercises. a hawker in the hotel is annoying.

Impressive venue, ideal if you're hosting events or conferences with attentive staff ready to assist with setup and logistics.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, the breakfast spread was excellent, and the rooftop pool provided a great spot to unwind after a day of exploring.
