Great location, adjacent to a wonderful, upscale outdoor mall. the hotel is in close proximity to various amenities and attractions. the room was spacious and provided ample room to spread out and relax.

The hotel's cleanliness needs improvement, with reports of rooms not being serviced and trash not being emptied in public areas. the front desk staff was not friendly and failed to address issues promptly and efficiently.

The staff at Homewood Suites were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always with a smile on their face. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the town center with shops and restaurants within walking distance. it was a fantastic place to stay.

Excellent accommodations, quiet and clean, located in a desirable area. The kitchen in the rooms is a great feature, with amazing lighting in the new mirror. The bed is comfortable and the gym offers real weights. Staff is friendly and the location is good for our needs.

The lack of AC in the hallways and elevators was frustrating, especially in the Florida heat. the hotel also had some issues with cleanliness, with stains and crumbs on the sofa bed and strands of hair on the bedsheet and pillows.

The staff at the front desk and housekeeping were extremely kind and provided great customer service. The location of the hotel is great, conveniently located at the biggest shopping area in Jacksonville, FL. Additionally, the bed was very clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff, both at the front desk and in housekeeping, were incredibly kind and accommodating. They provided great customer service throughout my stay. The wait staff at breakfast and the front desk staff were also extremely helpful and friendly. The size of the rooms at this hotel is impressive - they were spacious and comfortable. The hotel also served a free hot self-serve breakfast, which was a nice bonus. The location was perfect - right on the mall grounds and in the town center. Everything I needed was just a hop, skip, and jump away.

The suite was spacious and clean, with a well-equipped kitchenette. the full-size refrigerator was a convenient feature. I also appreciated the location of the hotel, as it was close to St John's Town Center.

The bathroom was disappointing, with a small size and signs of wear and tear. the door handle to the toilet and shower/tub area seemed on the verge of breaking, and there was rust on the door hinges.

The hotel is in a great location, right in the middle of a massive shopping area, perfect for those who love to shop. The rooms are amazing, with everything you might need for a comfortable stay, including kitchens, queen beds and even a separate bedroom. Having breakfast included is a huge bonus and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Homewood Suites is conveniently located with a variety of restaurants and shopping options nearby. The staff was accommodating when we requested a room closer to the elevator. Despite being an older property, the evening reception was enjoyable and the breakfast buffet had a decent selection. I would recommend Homewood Suites.
