Exceptional: Room was dimly lit, but who needs light when staff is perfect, bed is comfy, food is great, pool is lovely, spa is reasonable, and private car transfer is free! Excellent service by everyone and great hotel: Hotel lacks a proper queue system, but who needs it when service is good all around and hotel is just a short drive from the airport! Definitely recommend. Wonderful service, with Parminder, Gopal, himanshu, and the gentleman at the travel desk being especially great. The hotel is very good and conveniently close to the airport. I recommend it completely.

I chose this hotel for attending a symposium because of its proximity to premium shopping hubs like DLF Promenade and Ambience Mall, making it a preferred choice for discerning business & leisure travelers. During my stay, I found the staff to be incredibly helpful and the facilities to be accommodating, allowing me to seamlessly balance work and relaxation.

One service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with private meeting rooms for confidential discussions and presentations.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly professional, and the room was surprisingly quiet despite being so close to the airport. The bed was super comfortable, and I loved that I could choose between hard and soft pillows. The hotel facilities were clean and enjoyable, especially the gym, pool area, steam room, and sauna. The dinner and breakfast buffet were perfect, with a wide variety of tasty food. The staff was very friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel is really close to the airport, which is convenient for travelers.

This place was the perfect choice for my layover. It was super close to the airport and easy to get to-and-from. The room was spacious and comfortable with great amenities including ironing facilities and a mini-bar. The staff were amazing and provided a free car service to the terminals. Plus, they were always available for 24-hour room service.

I highly recommend this hotel to all my friends looking for a great place to stay.

I recently had a short but wonderful stay at a well-located hotel near Delhi Airport. The hotel room was spacious and well-maintained, and the gym was impressive. The breakfast offered a great selection and the room service was efficient and reasonably priced. The ongoing development in the area means there are now more dining options, including a Starbucks, and convenient transportation options like taxis and auto rickshaws.

I always choose this hotel because it suits me perfectly and has everything I need, like Wi-Fi, on-site car park, 24-hour room service, and more. The staff once helped me find a lost item, which I'll never forget. I can't wait to come back for New Year.

This hotel is a great value for money. The prices are reasonable and the attention to detail is excellent. I loved that they offer a free car service to the terminals of Delhi International Airport. The location is also very convenient, as it is within easy walking distance from Delhi Aerocity metro station. The staff here is really friendly and the basic amenities in the rooms, including the 2 single beds, are top-notch. I was lucky to stay on a higher floor, which gave me a good view of the surroundings. The breakfast is delicious, and they even accommodated my request for extra items.

Limited TV channels and problematic bathroom fixtures. the TV in the room only had a few promotional channels, which was a disappointment.

During my transit in New Delhi, I stayed at Holiday Inn for its convenience, being only 5 km away from Delhi International Airport. The hotel's modern fitness center and spa facilities provided a much-needed relaxation after a long journey, and the all-day dining restaurant offered a diverse range of world cuisines, catering to my varied tastes.

Despite the hotel executive stating that my room had a beautiful view, I was disappointed to find it overlooked a construction site. It would have been better if the information provided by the staff matched the actual room view to avoid any false expectations.

At my first stay, the staff provided helpful town info. This place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, on-site car park, 24-hour services, bar, restaurant, shuttle. Coming back for Christmas.
