The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. the breakfast was good, especially the Texas shaped waffles. the location was convenient to the event I was attending and also close to the water and the Sea Aquarium.

The room was not cleaned well and there were cracks and holes in the walls. the carpet had rips in it.

The front desk employee went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay, even bringing me extra pillows after I mentioned my back pain. The room was clean and quiet, and the breakfast selection was decent. I would recommend this hotel.

She helped us move to a room with a better bed situation at no extra charge when our refrigerator was leaking. The rooms were clean, decent, and very affordable. Plus, they let us check in a little earlier since we were traveling with three little ones. We'll definitely stay here again!
