My recent stay at Hometown Galleria was fantastic. The variety of stores right beneath the hotel made it incredibly convenient. The room service was prompt, and the cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. The shower and bathroom were absolutely amazing, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The hotel's location, close to many veg food joints and Canara Mall, was a huge plus.

One drawback was the locker safe inside the cupboard, which was not meant for safekeeping and had a non-functioning locking code. Additionally, there was no hairdryer or adapter for a mobile charger.

The location of the hotel is ideal, right in the center of Manipal. It allows easy access to various tourist attractions and is convenient for those visiting students at MAHE. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, providing comfortable accommodation. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast menu offers a wide variety of options, catering to both Western and Indian tastes. Additionally, there are nearby juice and shake stores for refreshments.

It would be helpful if the hotel had contact numbers for vehicle rental services, as this would make transportation more convenient for guests.

The breakfast menu was very diverse and satisfying, and the room service was prompt and efficient. the staff were helpful and accommodating, and the central location was convenient for exploring the area. there were plenty of options for renting 2/4 wheeler vehicles, making it easy to get around.

While the hotel was generally clean and comfortable, there were some issues with noise. the hotel seemed to attract a younger crowd that would party late into the night, playing loud music that could be heard throughout the building.
