From the moment I arrived, the staff were brilliant! The lady at the reception desk went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, offering friendly and helpful assistance. She even helped me arrange very good meals at an affordable price. The food was A1 and I would highly recommend it. The hotel is located in a lovely area, close to essential shops and transportation options. Cleanliness was top-notch and the hotel facilities were excellent. Parking was easy to find with a car park at the front and a huge one at the rear. The room and bathroom were really spacious, and the shower was great. the staff, cleanliness, hotel facilities, location, and food made my stay perfect.

They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even helping us find great meals at a good price. the food at the hotel was excellent and we enjoyed the A1 quality. the large rooms and great showers were a definite plus.

There were a few aspects of our stay that were less than ideal. the location was not as close to town as we were led to believe, making it a bit inconvenient to get takeaway food.
