Had a great Christmas getaway but unfortunately the hotel didn't meet expectations. On the upside, the hotel offered complimentary breakfast and swimming pool access which was appreciated. the location was also convenient for getting around and exploring the city. the view from the balcony was nice and added a nice touch to the experience.

The room was much smaller than expected and not accurately advertised. the amenities were also lacking and many things were missing that were supposed to be included.

For us it was ideal.

The room cleaning service at Casa De Patio exceeded my expectations. I requested for a clean room before heading to the beach and was assured that it would be taken care of. When I came back, I was pleasantly surprised to find that everything had been cleaned. The plates we used the night before were gone and the bedding was fresh. The prompt response from the staff made me feel valued as a guest.

Although there were a couple of drawbacks, such as some walls in the room needing a cleaning and a few minor inconveniences like the lift not going all the way to the parking lot, they did not significantly impact my overall satisfaction with the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient and allowed us to easily explore the nearby attractions. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, they were friendly and always willing to help. The room service was prompt and efficient, ensuring that our needs were met. We also appreciated the option of car hire, which made it convenient for us to get around. The housekeeping was impeccable, keeping the rooms and the entire property clean and well-maintained. we were impressed with the level of service and the attention to detail provided by this venue.

Families would definitely enjoy this place.
