Exceptional host, always available. Big and clean room with a nice terrace. Great location near the lighthouse. Helpful in arranging transportation.

The room was clean, spacious, well-decorated. Property manager was warm and welcoming. Great location. Attentive and helpful host. Comfortable amenities. Good view from nearest viewpoint. Towel change daily.

The host was incredibly helpful and friendly, always available to answer any questions and provide assistance. The room had all the necessary amenities, including a fridge, kettle, and coffee machine. The bathroom was spacious and comfortable, and the bed was big and cozy. The location of the hotel was excellent, situated in the upper town with a great view from the nearby viewpoint. It was also within walking distance to Praia de Norte and the lighthouse, perfect for those wanting to see the waves.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to par. There were hairs around the bathroom and on the floor, and the blanket was dirty.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the upper side of the city and it was only a 20-minute walk to the lighthouse, which was great for watching the waves. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, going above and beyond to help us. He even guided us back to the bus station, which was a 30-minute walk away. The room was comfortable and cozy, with all the amenities we needed, such as a fridge, kettle, and coffee machine. The bathroom was spacious and clean, and the private terrace was a nice bonus. The bed was big and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel's location was also within walking distance of Praia de Norte and offered great views from the nearest viewpoint.
