The host was incredibly helpful and friendly, always available to answer any questions and provide assistance. The room had all the necessary amenities, including a fridge, kettle, and coffee machine. The bathroom was spacious and comfortable, and the bed was big and cozy. The location of the hotel was excellent, situated in the upper town with a great view from the nearby viewpoint. It was also within walking distance to Praia de Norte and the lighthouse, perfect for those wanting to see the waves.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to par. There were hairs around the bathroom and on the floor, and the blanket was dirty.

The host is incredibly helpful and attentive, always available to answer any questions or assist in any way. The towel change every day is a nice touch, and the room amenities such as the fridge, kettle, and coffee machine add to the convenience.

The cleanliness of the room leaves much to be desired. The cleaning done by the host himself is not up to par, as evidenced by a filthy blanket and hairs around the bathroom and floor.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the upper side of the city and it was only a 20-minute walk to the lighthouse, which was great for watching the waves. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, going above and beyond to help us. He even guided us back to the bus station, which was a 30-minute walk away. The room was comfortable and cozy, with all the amenities we needed, such as a fridge, kettle, and coffee machine. The bathroom was spacious and clean, and the private terrace was a nice bonus. The bed was big and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel's location was also within walking distance of Praia de Norte and offered great views from the nearest viewpoint.
