I was impressed by the variety of delicious food options offered at the restaurant, especially the Mutton Kuftas and Kashmiri Almond Saffron Kahwa. the host, Sameer, was truly a gem, helping us with everything from our stay to arranging local sightseeing tours. the sunrise view from our room was truly majestic, a sight to behold. the fast WiFi connection was a big plus for my work needs.

It would have been even better if there were more options for live entertainment or recreational activities within the hotel premises. offering more local cuisine options in the restaurant menu could further elevate the dining experience to explore Kashmiri flavors.

The location on the bank of Dal Lake is perfect. Cab facility provided was excellent. The king room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The food was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful. The host went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Breathtaking views of Zabarwan hills and Dal Lake.
