The guest house is located in a quiet area, yet not too far from the front and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The room was clean, fresh, and beautifully decorated with a comfortable double bed. The bathroom was lovely and the breakfast delicious, with options like sweetcorn pancakes. The hosts were welcoming, helpful, and provided little extras like snacks, fruit, and homemade treats. The view from Room 2 was also mentioned as being lovely.

I recently stayed at a guest house in Llandudno and had a wonderful experience. The Superior Room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The King Size bed provided a great night's sleep, and the lighting was modern and effective. The proprietor was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that all our needs were met. The wash basin had piping hot water, and the electric shower provided plenty of hot water as well. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfasts with various options, including a daily special. The homemade veggie sausages were a fantastic vegetarian option. The hosts, Joanne and Jules, were excellent and made us feel completely at home. a fantastic stay at this guest house.

It is conveniently located near the railway station, making it easy for us to get around. The town's amenities, promenade, beach, and attractions were all within walking distance. The area where the guest house is situated is quiet and charming, surrounded by beautiful properties. The owner and their partner were incredibly lovely and helpful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, making us feel right at home. The rooms were tastefully decorated, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully equipped with all the necessary amenities. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts delivered right to our bedroom door each morning. a truly excellent experience with exceptional hosts. I would definitely return to Bodnant House for another visit.
