Our recent stay at Dwivedi Hotels Hotel Elena was exceptional. The hotel provided us with a Milap suite, which offered a breathtaking view of the Ganges and had a balcony for us to enjoy. The room was well lit and ventilated, creating a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. The manager and staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth arrival, personally escorting us from the streets to the property. This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the value for money was outstanding. I couldn't believe how affordable my stay was considering the stunning view I had from my room. The hotel staff were incredibly attentive and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. They even provided a delicious breakfast each morning, which was a great way to start the day. The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect, right on the bank of the river. I had a little balcony that gave me a breathtaking view of the Ganges. I found myself spending hours just watching the river flow by. This hotel truly knows how to provide a memorable experience.

There was really nothing to complain about during my stay. Everything was more than satisfactory.

Spent Christmas days in this hotel. the room was clean and the staff was friendly and attentive, they offered us an airport pick-up which was great. the view from the balcony was amazing, we could see the sunrise over the river every morning. the location was perfect, we had easy access to the Ganga Aarti and the market.

The bathrooms were old and outdated, it would have been better if they had been renovated. they kept insisting on selling us boat rides and silk factories, it was really annoying and ruined our stay a bit.

Hotel Elena is perfectly located near the Ganga river and within walking distance of major temples and the lively ghats. The room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed and a good shower. The staff was friendly and always willing to assist, even printing my bus ticket. I enjoyed the calm and quiet atmosphere, and the small balcony offered a glimpse of the beautiful Ganga river.

The bathroom could have been cleaner, as the toilet didn't flush properly.
