The hotel had top-notch service and really comfy beds, and the breakfast spread was fantastic. 🍳 the spa was a real game-changer, with soothing massages and a peaceful sauna to unwind after a long day of exploring. the only downside was some noise in the room at night, but nothing a quick call to reception couldn't fix - just make sure to steer clear of room 501!

The noisy room due to lack of acoustic doors and windows, along with the congested and stuffy atmosphere, marred the overall experience. the staff's unhygienic practices during breakfast and the lack of compliance with bed preferences were disappointing. Improvement can be made in room soundproofing and cleanliness standards.
