The location is also very convenient, with the hotel being close to the Jhandewalan metro station. This makes it easy to reach any place in Delhi. Additionally, being close to Karol market allows for easy access to shopping and dining options.

Some guests experienced issues with the cleanliness of the bedsheets and were uncomfortable with the marks on them.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a bustling area, and I was delighted to find that there were many other hotels and restaurants nearby. The location was ideal, especially because I needed to catch an early morning train from the nearby railway station. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and polite, providing excellent room service throughout our stay. One thing that really stood out to me was the honesty of the staff. My mother accidentally left her gold chain in our room, and when we called the reception to inquire about it, they assured us that it was safe and we could retrieve it from the reception. Sure enough, when we returned to the hotel a few hours later, the gold chain was waiting for us. I truly appreciate the integrity and helpfulness of the staff at this hotel.

They even arranged for hot water early in the morning and offered food from nearby restaurants upon request. Luggage storage was also provided without any extra charge.
