The hotel offers excellent value for money with its reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location right on the lake is simply stunning, providing a beautiful backdrop for a relaxing stay. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, with a nice bathroom and a balcony offering a view of the lake.

Everything was absolutely fine, no improvements needed.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location by the lake surrounded by pine trees was absolutely stunning. The staff, including Sara, Martine, and Anne, were incredibly helpful and provided great information about the local area. The hotel was clean, well-furnished, and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the delicious and filling croissants for breakfast. The hotel also had great transportation options and was conveniently located in the beautiful region of Tuscany.

Can't fault anything about it.

Spent an Easter weekend here and were pleased with the beautiful location near the lake and the clean, well-maintained facilities. Breakfast was varied and delicious with plenty of options. The staff was friendly and helpful in arranging activities throughout our stay. The on-site pool was a great perk to cool off during the day.

The room was small and lacked sufficient lighting for reading or writing. The Wi-Fi signal was weak, making it difficult to stay connected.
