The modern and clean property was well-located near shops and easy to hail a tuc tuc. The staff were mostly helpful, especially with extending our check out time. there were some issues with room allocation, amenities like towels and pillows, and maintenance problems with the shower head and A/C. Despite these drawbacks, the convenient location and comfortable room made for a satisfactory experience.

The hotel is conveniently located on a busy street with various shops nearby, making it a great spot for shopping. The breakfast buffet offers a good selection, with options like omelettes made to order. The staff is generally helpful, and it's easy to find transportation for sightseeing.

The room initially provided had a smoking odor and was smaller than expected. While an extra mattress was provided, I would have preferred a proper extra bed.
