Our room was cozy and inviting, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. the bed was comfortable, and the decor gave a homely vibe, making me feel relaxed and at ease.

The hotel staff, including Mr Amit, Narendes Singh, Gururam, and Mr Ravi, along with the front office team, were incredibly attentive and truly made our stay memorable. the overall ambiance of the hotel was impressive, offering a comfortable and clean environment. We were delighted by the variety of delicious meal options prepared to perfection. the view, the shower, and the tandoori chicken were personal highlights, adding to the already fantastic experience. the location right on Mall Road made it very convenient for exploring the area by foot or taxi, enhancing our stay even further.

One minor negative aspect I experienced during my time at Marina- Shimla First Designer Boutique was a bad attitude from staff members, as they were not willing to assist in resolving an issue regarding my early departure.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, just off the pedestrianised Mall, making it really convenient for exploring the main sites of interest. The restaurant served delicious food for our evening meals, and the bar had a great atmosphere with fantastic music from a DJ. The staff were cooperative, polite, and helpful, making sure that all our needs were met. The infrastructure of the hotel was also very appealing, providing a luxurious and comfortable experience.

The hotel had great amenities and the staff was helpful. the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. We especially appreciated the large variety of food options in the restaurant. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the area and enjoying the scenery.

We had a negative experience with some of the staff members, who were rude and unhelpful. One specific instance was when we had an issue with the timing of a cab, and we received conflicting information from different employees.
