The Residence Garden in Rome exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay special. Karam, in particular, provided exceptional customer service and acted as a personal tour guide. The duplex apartment had a retro 1970s vibe with amazing views from the huge windows. The location was convenient and the rooms were spacious and well-maintained.
