The service at this hotel was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly staff who helped with my bags and escorted me to the room. The room itself was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities I needed. The staff at reception, valet, and cleaners were fantastic, always making sure I had a comfortable stay. The concierge staff went above and beyond to assist me with any requests or questions I had. The location of the hotel was also great, within walking distance to luxury shopping and dining options. The complimentary drinks and dessert were a nice touch, adding to the overall excellent experience.

Not only that, but the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure I had everything I needed. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. I especially loved the rooftop terrace, which provided a serene and idyllic setting to relax and enjoy the view. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious, with fresh orange juice and fruits, giving me the perfect start to my day.

I had an amazing experience at a beautiful place called Pleasant Haveli - Only Adults. The staff were friendly and happy, and the rooms were spacious, tidy, and well-equipped. The rooftop restaurant offered great views of the Jaisalmer Fort and the city at night. The location was perfect, with both the fort and the Hawelis just a short walk away. The hotel even allowed us to leave our luggage and use the shower after check-out for our camel tour. Highly recommended for its value for money.

This hotel is a hidden gem! the location is perfect; it's right at the center of the city, just a short walk away from the fort. But what sets this hotel apart is its tranquil setting in a quieter part of town, away from the hustle and bustle. Secondly, the service provided by the staff is impeccable. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even offering us an extra room free of charge when our train was at midnight. Lastly, the rooms are well-appointed and have all the basic amenities you need, including a comfortable bed and air conditioning. Plus, the huge walk-in double shower in the bathroom was a luxurious touch. And let's not forget the breakfast with a stunning view of the fort, accompanied by a cup of quick and satisfying instant coffee.

The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi were a nice touch. The location was central and close to all the main attractions. We enjoyed the rooftop bar and it's great views of the city.

The room was poorly maintained and not up to par with other accommodations in the area. The air-conditioning did not work properly, the bathroom was outdated, and the blankets were stained.
